This time we tried a Hiroshima-style mixed okonomiyaki, because we liked the stir-fried noodles with the cake. The shrimp and squid were not so fresh, tasted a bit bland, but acceptable as they probably use frozen ones. But what impressed me was the dessert Mascarpone Pancake! The pancake mix was somehow more sticky and foamy, compared to the usual homemade pancakes with the addition of mascarpone. I followed the instructions, and the result was surprising! The mouthfeel was all fluffy and airy, with a little savoury taste to amuse the palate.
Drinks we ordered Cucumber + Fresh Grapefruit Sour, and the Peach Collagen + Fresh Lemon Sour. The freshly squeezed fruit juice can be really appetising and stimulate your taste buds! They are sour and not too sweet, which can help digestion as well!
