After a long day of work, my friends would like to have a chill dinner somewhere at Central. Walking up the hill, there were loads of people everywhere at Soho. After a long day of work, my friends would like to have a chill dinner somewhere at Central. Walking up the hill, there were loads of people everywhere at Soho. Fortunate enough, we were able to find a seat at Jaspas. I have tried Jaspas in Sai Ying Pun and Sai Wan before but the Jaspas at Soho has the best food among them.

We ordered 2 main courses and 2 desserts:

Linguine Vongole ($168)
Different from the Linguine Vongole I tried in Jaspas in Sai Ying Pun which was quite spicy, the linguine here wasn't spicy at all and very tasty. A bit disappointing was that their clams weren't that fresh.

Hawalian Delight Pizza ($135)
Jaspas was known for their freshly made pizza. The pizza crust was hot and crispy!

The highlight of the night was definitely their desserts. Both of us gone crazy when we saw their dessert menu- chocolate pudding, Pavlova, Malteser cheesecake, banoffi cake... we nearly wanted to try all of them. We weren't expecting Jaspas served such high-quality desserts.

Banoffi Cake ($78)
What I like about the Banoffi cake in Jaspas is their hard and thick cracker crust, rich toffee fillings and their ice cream- fat but tasty

Though every Jaspas restaurants are serving the same menu, their food quality varied a lot. I would say the Jaspas at Soho is the best that I have tried so far, especially their desserts.
