Though I'm not good at direction, the shop was very easy to find. A 4-minute walk from exit B2 of HKU station. It was almost 1pm when I got there. Chose the basic tonkotsu ramen (pork base soup). Ordered my noodles hard, with an extra egg and sprout. Waited for like 25 mins, here came my ramen. It looked good! Love that there were lots of green onions and sprouts. Took a sip of the soup. It's not an exaggeration to say the soup tasted so good that it's comparable to those I had in Japan. The hardness of the noodles was just right to me. Though the egg york didn't appear to be bright yellow, it was soft and wasn't overcooked. Glad that I ordered an extra egg (which was not shown in the photo). The pork were just amazing!!! I think they were roasted for a bit which makes them tasted so good! Will definitely come back! Look forward to trying other ramen it offers!
