Decided to explore the new Ping Yan shopping centre over the weekend and came across this little dessert shop. It wasn’t very busy, though the entire food court wasn’t either, but still I was a bit hesitant to try at first. However, I love taro balls, and in the end I decided give it a try. Turns out, the taro balls were delicious!! Just the right amount of chewy, and had really strong taro flavour, which I was genuinely surprised by and was not expecting at all from an unassuming shop in a quiet part of Tin Shui Wai!
