To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同屋企人食dinner,最緊要坐得舒服，食物質素有保證，所以千両係唔錯嘅選擇。叫左兩個特選壽司拼盤($160)，我地share食又可以試多幾款，而且件件都啱食。我最愛係左口魚群邊($19)，另外都叫左兩碟。刺身拼盤($265)亦好新鮮，另外叫嘅大呑拿魚腩($150)好肥美，入口即溶，下次試下supreme嗰隻先得。好似係期間嘅清酒煮生蠔冇影到相，食落好香酒味，因為鍾意食小小生，所以焗左兩分鐘左右，入口滑溜，正！
