Tried the large barasushi.Presentation: 10/10Fish: 8/10 - fresh in general except the maguro (tuna) felt a bit mushy and salmon was flaky and falling apart. Even better if the egg was made as a roll, these diced cubes just has an artificial texture.Sushi rice: 5/10 - had vinegar taste but the rice was sticky yet too pasty and not separated “grain by grain”. Sushi rice: 5/10 - had vinegar taste but the rice was sticky yet too pasty and not separated “grain by grain”. If I had to compare, the texture of rice grains in nigiri from Hanamusubi are better suited to my taste.
For this price, I can’t say it is absolute value for money nor is it a complete waste. Overall speaking, not outstanding and technique could be polished to improve value for money.
