When you enter the bar, you may feel like you are in a research lab. They have the "One Penicillin One Tree" project, where they make donations to plant a tree in the endangered Kalimantan rainforest in Borneo, Indonesia, with every purchase of a particular cocktail. I try a few cocktails, One Penicillin One Tree (HKD120) is defo my favorite, it brings strong flavors of white chocolate whisky, the cocktail starts out smooth with light, strawberry sweetness coming through the first sip but packs a pleasantly bitter, and garnishes with avocado stone. I'm sure you will love it!
