I love “sweeping the streets”. In canto, that means eating street food 😂. There are so many shops in Kwai Fong plaza and I ended up getting these mixed noodles at this shop. You can choose your noodles, if you want soup or not, and what foods you want to mix with it. I though there was a set price for mixed noodles cuz I saw some signs with numbers but that was for something else. (I really need to learn how to read Chinese lol).
I got seaweed, tofu skin, and pork I think for $42! I liked the sour and spiciness of the sauces she mixed together. The noodles were soft and chewy and I liked the smooth texture of it. The seaweed had a nice crunch to it and tasted fresh. The pork was a little bit on the salty side and there wasn’t much of it in the bowl. The tofu skin was tasty though! The bowl was really filling and I wouldn’t mind coming here again for mixed noodles haha.
