由元朗搬到市區,細鋪搬大鋪....再加埋做埋鹹點,飲品....這家由甜品起家的食店,不容忽視!打正旗號以甜品名字招來,真係要試哂佢地嘅甜品。好彩今趟有4個胃同行,叫多幾樣都得。始終晚餐到訪,都要叫幾樣主食,襯托下...先來一個前菜拼盤,什麼都有。對於有選擇困難嘅我,樣樣有啲就好。欣賞它好似法式甜點細細件,龍蝦肉撻仔,鮮蝦小批,三文魚慕絲包仔,可愛精緻!香口野有炸魚仔(好似係多春魚嘅魚仔)又有芝士雞肉棒棒,上面加左脆米,豐富口感。中間還有沙律菜,配有六款特色汁。其中一個係朱古力沙律汁,勁得意,那種朱古力應該有嘅味道,混左落去沙律汁嘅功能,而又無左朱古力嘅甜味,複雜得黎配著清新嘅菜蔬...巧特別最驚喜的是這裡特飲,凍住滾,凍住出煙同凍住起泡好睇好玩好飲再來我們今晚的主食,欣賞它的魚,一貫煎鱸魚嘅水準之作!有煎鴨胸,這主食比較偏,不過廚師掌握得很好,選材亦很聰明,煎出來肉嫩。還有那個雜菌菜酥,起初,對這個不什好感,因為怕是那些千層酥盒之類又飽肚又成口酥皮。好彩...這種酥不膩!內裡嘅菜同菇混左呢啲酥皮一齊食,恰到好處。可惜餐牌沒有雞嘅選擇感覺欠了點什麼🤔到我們嘅主角,甜品喇...興奮莫明!因
