Soup Mixian with spicy sliced pork and romaine lettuce $49
Soup Mixian is $35 and you may pick your own toppings. It took 15mins for them to cook my order although they was only 1 other table of customers. Sliced pork belly is one of the ingredients that shows if the restaurant is putting effort in its food or not. Turns out it was plain boiled frozen pork slices. No marinade. Very thin slices. I picked very spicy and normal sour. Instead of hot and sour, the soup was full of bean sauce and soooo sweet! The mixian was also overcooked.

Such a disappointing meal. Next time I should probably go back to Tsuen Wan for a proper bowl of mixian fix.
