HeSheEat旺角分店自從搬來The Forest後,第一次來吃。裝修比以前精緻很多,清新溫暖木色系設計,偏文青風格。座位比較擠迫。餐牌選項和其他分店有些許不同。‖ 炸魷魚鬚 ($68) ‖炸得香脆,調味適中,比較細塊,口感較韌。‖ 烤羊西冷扒配芥末薯蓉 ($158) ‖羊扒要了五成熟,望落粉粉嫩嫩😊。羊味ok,帶少少香口,部分肉質稍韌。薯蓉好香牛油味,好味😋。‖ 宇治抹茶·紅豆·白玉 ($68) ‖雪糕用上北海道特濃5.0牛乳,所以好幼滑和重奶味☺️。因為只是在面頭灑上抹茶粉,所以抹茶味不濃。底部有白玉、脆米、紅豆和忌廉。‖ 士多啤梨麻糬配士多啤梨雪糕 ($128) ‖賣相吸引😍。梳乎厘pancake超鬆軟,綿密細滑,好香蛋味😋。和上面的麻糬和雪糕一起吃都幾夾,加上伴碟的焦糖及士多啤梨脆脆和忌廉,各款口感共冶一爐。
