To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

大澳風景優美,甚至有遊客會覺得帶點點威尼斯的影子,是香港其中一個很特色景點。我自己每年都總有好幾次會做導遊帶訪港朋友遊大澳。如果要留在大澳吃晚飯的話,幾乎每次都會去巴士站附近的海韻或東方小祇園。不過這個週末我們就有新嘗試,來到「大澳文物酒店」的玻璃屋頂餐廳Tai O Lookout吃晚飯。晚上到訪這餐廳真是第一次,感覺與白天很不一樣。Tai O Lookout晚市除了供應套餐或a la carte單點外,更逢星期五六日晚5時至9時推出BBQ semi-buffet dinner,多款肉類、海鮮與蔬菜類燒烤任食,另外還有任點任吃沙律、燒烤和甜品,以及每位一客餐湯及麵包,收費成人每位$280 / 小童每位$168。如果想飲點酒的話,只需另加$88便有紅、白餐酒與啤酒無限暢飲。不過我們這日就選了這杯很有大澳特色的凍飲「紅樹林特飲」($43)。酸味味的紫貝天葵加入果汁,酸甜醒胃。廚師在露天平台一手包辦BBQ,我們不用自己動手就有得吃。BBQ的食物種類有安格斯西蘭牛扒、紐西蘭羊架、大蝦、魷魚、雞肉串燒、蝦醬雞翼、豬肉腸、粟米、菠蘿等,全晚源源不絕供應。當中我的最愛就是蝦醬雞翼,烤得外脆肉質jui

據知甜品會定期轉換,這晚的甜品有3款,抹茶慕絲、芒果布甸與相對較有特色的紫貝天葵芝士蛋糕。紫貝天葵的酸香有點像山楂,如果芝士香可以更濃就會更合我口味啦。
