估唔到係街市入面食到間好食嘅打冷舖!不過今次我想講嘅係鵝宴,出面d酒樓都未必會做比你,居然一間細舖會做!菜單仲可以同老闆傾,加入自己想食嘅餸!不過想食就要早幾日訂,唔可以即日叫!講下幾款菜式啦!最基本係鵝件,鵝片走唔甩嫁啦!講下特別野啦!1.冬菇炆鵝掌:冬菇大大隻又厚,仲大隻過我係屋企做節食個d,鵝掌炆到好入味!食落個味已經知道一定炆左唔止幾個鐘!2.炆鵝煲:用原隻鵝去炆,用gas爐上枱,開始食時,鵝已入味,當煲到d汁開始收時,係鵝煲最好味嘅時段另外加左幾樣餸:1.蒸扇貝:隻扇貝差唔多有我成個拳頭咁大蒜蓉粉絲夠哂味!2.炒班球:魚肉實而滑,同出面酒樓食最大分別係睇到好似有煎一樣的痕跡,真係名符其實的爆炒!連我一向唔食魚嘅人都要比個like佢!食完依餐完全覺得物有所值

講下幾款菜式啦!最基本係鵝件,鵝片走唔甩嫁啦!講下特別野啦!
1.冬菇炆鵝掌:
冬菇大大隻又厚,仲大隻過我係屋企做節食個d,鵝掌炆到好入味
!食落個味已經知道一定炆左唔止幾個鐘!
2.炆鵝煲:
用原隻鵝去炆,用gas爐上枱,開始食時,鵝已入味,當煲到d汁開始收時,係鵝煲最好味嘅時段

另外加左幾樣餸:
1.蒸扇貝:
隻扇貝差唔多有我成個拳頭咁大
蒜蓉粉絲夠哂味!
2.炒班球:
魚肉實而滑,同出面酒樓食最大分別係睇到好似有煎一樣的痕跡,真係名符其實的爆炒!連我一向唔食魚嘅人都要比個like佢!


食完依餐完全覺得物有所值
