The black truffle shrimp toast(黑松露蝦多士） is highly recommended!! Bouncy minced shrimp paste is on top of the golden crispy deep fried toast.With a dollop of fragrant black truffle sauce on top!!!But you have to order early as it is very popular and sold off at late night！
A fresh sashimi boat(航空6刺身艦）is served after the appetisers.

We ordered the chicken casserole （火焰醬爆鑊仔雞）which is a flvour bomb！！Tantalizing spicy spices flavour！！Tickling your taste buds!! Highly recommended!!
Seafood platter (深海郵輪 )composes of abalones,prawns, scallops,clams...etc.The scallops are sweet and tender.
High quality beef and pork are also served on an unlimited basis!
The beef(肥牛） is fresh,tender and soft with nice strong beef flavour!Recommended!!
