Local restaurant in Taipo that has been on my bucket list for a while. Signature wasabi sauced chicken mixed with jelly fish, the sauce is almost like an adrenaline to your mouth and nose given that they dont go easy on the wasabi haha. For the pigeon, we ordered coz it’s on promotion🤣 they had done a good job of keeping the juiciness of the meat and the sauce staying under the skin.
