Boyfriend and I were in this area to find the latest Invader street art piece when we found this place. There wasn't a lot of air conditioning so try to get a table right under the air conditioner for maximum coolness. Staff consists of one. Blackball Crushed Ice ($28). Originally we wanted lychee but it was not available. So we ordered this. Size was big enough to share. It came with sweet potato balls, taro balls, grass jelly, white balls and yup ... black balls. All the balls tasted ok. Nice and chewy. The ice was a disappointment. A bit too roughly crushed and not as fine as what I have in Taipei. There wasn't enough syrup to make it sweet. Don't think I'd order this again.

Might be back next time if in the area to try out the drinks.
