To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

放假過後的第一天總會特別忙碌，更何況這個星期一又是中秋補假，又堆了一天的工作，整天不是回覆客戶的E-mail，便是馬拉松式的會議，好不容易才偷個15分鐘來打篇食評啊。KCC的譚仔三哥在午餐時段經常也人頭湧湧，不論是堂食或外賣，也需等一段時間吧，今天也不例外，讓我等個20分鐘，goodest!這次點了牛肉生菜麻辣湯底，但我想配料也不是什麼重點吧，也不就是簡簡單單的牛肉和生菜，味道說不出什麼大道理，可是牛肉有點老，味道有點被麻辣味遮蓋。我不是太吃得辣，可是又喜歡那種又辣又癢的感覺。這一入口有一種辛辣味道，當慢慢咀嚼過後便發現口中有一絲絲麻，不斷不斷的飄著，感覺頗有趣。對辣我沒有特別的認識，可是I value it as a good quick lunch。
