Restaurant: Take Your Time

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 🍑輕時光🍉本闊啲以前秉承着以下真理「健康嘅嘢唔好食唔健康嘅嘢最好食」N年前嘅我買嘢飲嘅梗係飲最甜既肥仔水芝士奶蓋珍珠奶茶啦自從食得愈黎愈多黃店例如 素年/齋啡/TakeYourTime/唇茶 等等開始都覺得健康嘅嘢都有好食既 所以真係要試多啲野/飲多啲書/讀多啲水拓寬眼界同試多啲唔同既食物呀今次飲左天后 Take Your TimePeach Yogurt Smoothie 蜜桃優格果昔 我超級期待出蜜桃優格果昔呀呀個日食完八寶清湯腩之後就過左去買黎飲一入到舖頭都聞到好大浸蜜桃味Overall 都好飲不過飲落個蜜桃味無我想像中咁突出同埋蜜桃相對上冇啲果籽同果肉較腍身所以打碎左之後感覺冇乜果肉咁佢地之後出西瓜優格果昔又搞到我好想去試呀(● ˃̶͈̀ロ˂̶͈́)੭ꠥ⁾⁾Btw 肥仔水有推薦(=´∀`)芝士奶蓋 推薦 茶芝味同茶痴豆腐奶蓋 推薦 LCTEA芝麻奶蓋 推薦 響茶

今次飲左天后 Take Your Time

蜜桃優格果昔
我超級期待出蜜桃優格果昔呀呀
個日食完八寶清湯腩之後就過左去買黎飲
一入到舖頭都聞到好大浸蜜桃味
Overall 都好飲
不過飲落個蜜桃味無我想像中咁突出
同埋蜜桃相對上冇啲果籽同果肉較腍身
所以打碎左之後感覺冇乜果肉咁
佢地之後出西瓜優格果昔
又搞到我好想去試呀(● ˃̶͈̀ロ˂̶͈́)੭ꠥ⁾⁾
