Who needs to BBQ at Shek-O or some other BBQ pit when you can get flavors you would never be able to recreate right in the middle of LKF?!?!?! I've a very harsh critic when it comes to BBQ resturants (BBQ was the first thing on my list of priorities when finding an apartment in HK!), yet, this place was everything I hoped it would be. My favorite is the BBQ ribs. The meat was falling off the bone and I could get my hands to it fast enough.
Second favorite: the wings. The flavor of the Buffalo sauce made me feel like I was back in the US again. Did I mention that have rolls of paper towels on all the tables??? You are supposed to use your hands and get dirty: and Blue Smoke is prepared!
Third: the jalepeno poppers: I feel I'm an expert on these through out all of HK: and these are by far the best.
