To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

如果我說TAM’s EXPRESS，可能大家都要用少少時間去想想是什麼餐廳，但其實就是譚仔雲南米線而已。這間有霸氣的譚仔雲南米線就在坑口南豐廣場地面，究竟會不會比其他分店更好吃呢？餐牌都是一樣的。和另一半食，最好的就是點個過橋米線套餐（3小辣），可以share 來食。另外再點多個大土匪雞翼（5隻）和一份麻辣豬耳，一杯凍檸茶，那就夠兩人份量了。其他的不多說，因為都是正常譚仔味道，但是過橋米線就一定要提及一下。我們點了三小辣，正常對我來說，應該說頗為辣的。但是我飲一口湯的時候，竟然覺得沒有什麼辣味，絕對比其他分店的淡很多，至少我和另一半的感覺是一樣，食譚仔來說算是十分失望。
