Chorizo with green apple:
I don't normally like chorizo but this was worth trying because they are thin slices with pickled apple slices that balance the salty chorizo nicely.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★
Pacific manila clams with white wine cream sauce:
I was expecting a creamy sauce but it had a strong wine taste with lots of asparagus.The clams were bursting with white wine sauce so it was really tasty.

Spanish octopus in garlic olive oil:
The octopus was springy with lovely olive oil and garlic flavouring.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★
Baked New Zealand oysters with onion and bacon:

Grilled king prawn seafood paella:
As a carbs lover, the rice was tasty because it has absorbed all the seafood flavours with a hint of tomato.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★
Pan fried Chilean seabass:
The fish was silky and chunky and just tasted like cod.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★
Roast suckling pig:
The skin was crispy and the meat beneath it was tender.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★
Jar banoffee pie:
The banoffee was loaded with banana infused cream which tasted natrual.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★
