Started with crispy baguette slices of Avocado crabmeat, White anchovies and piquillo pepper.
The avocado crabmeat was interesting because it had bits of apple in it.
The anchovy one was my favourite because it had a nice vinegary taste. ++++++++++
The Bellota Masters ham (40 months) are a must eat because they are really tasty. ++++++++++
Cod fish croquettes with artichoke mayo dip: The fish croquettes on their own were quite creamy so I didn't really use the dip.
++++++++++
Crispy pork with orange and honey sauce: The pork was really silky and tender that it was like eating chicken thigh meat complimented by a sweet orange and honey sauce.
+++++++++
Gazpacho with smoked sardine: A refreshing cold soup with a strong red pepper taste with a slight bitterness.
++++++++++
Padron peppers: This is a classic dish to order when having tapas and they taste like mini green peppers.
++++++++++
Black ink creamy rice: I love rice and this was delicious because there was so much black ink sauce which made every spoon delicious and there were generous pieces of squid in it.
