This tartar looks so flattering. The tuna melted in my mouth, the texture was great with the bread crumbs. It was an appropriate amount of caviar to make this dish look classy. The presentation of the tartar looks high-priced embellished by gastric sauce.

The texture of the homemade tagliolini was not as chewy as spaghetti but it seemed quite fresh to me. It was served with a mild tomato sauce with some spring onion. The scampi’s head was stuffed with garlic and herbs from Sicily and baked afterwards. This pasta may not look as fancy as their other dishes, but it definitely surprised me.

The portion of this dish was just the decent amount. I was afraid that the texture of the fusilli would be too soft but it came out to be very chewy. The fusilli was served along with salty egg and bacon which added a savoury taste to the plain pasta and the asparagus gilded the dish with a bit of green.

The whole bowl was covered up with black truffles, the smell of of the truffles were not that strong but the taste definity burst out once it was in my mouth. The spinaches and mushrooms were soaked with egg yolk and it tasted delicious! This was totally worth the price!

My partner had this pan-fried beef and it was absolutely delightful! Outside was crispy and inside was tender and soft, it immediately melts in his mouth. The smashed potatoes was my favourite! It was the creamiest I have ever had!

This would be my personal dessert pick because it looks very elegant and colourful! Smooth and creamy with crunchy nuts to balance the texture. Perfectly entertained with 3 slides of meringue and cakes.

This is my first time trying cannoli and it was an absolute delight! It tasted like a caramelised crisp, stuffed with ricotta cheese cream. It was perfectly paired with a chocolate sorbet and served with lots of crunchies, meringues crumbles and orange peels.
