Tasteless pho

The service here is friendly, but the pho was a disappointment. They didn’t serve the normal lime and hot peppers with it, nor the bean sprouts and coriander. I had to ask for it. The food looked good and the noodles were substantial and the raw beef was ok, but the soup broth left a lot to be desired. The ambience was cheerful and clean and a good location in the mall. Just seemed we should have gotten more taste for the money we paid.
