Tastes good but disappointing service.

Let me start by saying the food & coffee was very good. However I am a bit annoyed with the service. We both ordered Carbonara pasta. I don't eat mushroom but my wife does. So I asked for mine without and she kept hers. They came back a few minutes later and said they couldn't do 1 with and 1 without. We had to either both have mushroom or both have none as they couldn't cook 2 pastas separately?I find this is a bit lazy as we could have ordered 2 diffrent pastas and they would have had to cook

I find this is a bit lazy as we could have ordered 2 diffrent pastas and they would have had to cook them separately, but because we ordered the same they couldn't do this. This is pretty bad on their part. Just cook 2 seperata pastas, it's pretty lazy as the pasta isn't that cheap here either. It wasn't even busy either. So sorry I had to mark you down on this.
Other than that. Coffee was decent & the pasta did taste good. My wife was a bit sad she couldn't have mushroom, as I'm allergic and she loves them.
