Hyatt previously had a presale discount so the total price is around $1200 per person(regular price would be $1500)The bread basket was already amazing and my favorite was the onion roll. When we finished it, we were offered a refill and we chose the onion rolls as they were so good. The oysters were fresh and tasted just like the sea.The snails were cooked just right without being hard. The garlic butter and herbs were seasoned perfectly without being too strong. The lobster bisque was spectacula

The snails were cooked just right without being hard. The garlic butter and herbs were seasoned perfectly without being too strong.
The lobster bisque was spectacular to look at when prepared in front of us.
There were plenty of lobster chunks in the bisque and the bisque itself was really rich, almost like tasting the lobster itself.
The steak was really tender, even for my friend's medium. The peppery sauce was not too spicy but I felt there was a bit too much added directly on the steak. I think they can serve in on the side or at least less directly on top of the steak. They can let the customer decide how much to add onto the steak.
The chocolate souffle was really airy and not too sweet. Definitely love the sauce so you can add more of it.
Their petit four was icecream coated with chocolate which was a perfect ending for the meal. Despite not mentioned in the menu, there is a complimentary coffee/tea, which paired perfectly with the desserts.
