My friend is HK, like all the foreigner; they love visiting dim sum restaurants. Going to traditional restaurants can be a choice, but is rather boring. This time, I bring him to somewhere different. Instead of dim sum, this time is more Hong Kong style: Yum Cha.I called before going to make sure we have a table. When we arrived, it takes us less than 5 minutes to be seated (we went there at noon). The service there was alright, at least no one gives “black face” and this is what all I can ask.

All the dim sum dishes are cute and good for photo taking. Not only the appearance, they are also good in taste. We have ordered quite a lot: pork bun (with a super cute piggy 🐷 look), egg bun (has eyes 👀 on each one, makes it looks like a squishy animal), pineapple cookies (look like a bird 🐦), dumplings 🥟 (is like a giant meat ball and is very juicy😋😋😋), egg tart with apple and cinnamon (the apple 🍎 has been peeled into thin pieces and put in a flowery shape, so beautiful), radish cake (in a big cube, crispy outside but moist inside 😋😋😋)...
Also, it does takes long for the dishes to come. The environment is ok, but if you order a lot, the space will be a bit tight. Service charge is 10% (same as everywhere). Overall, My friend enjoyed so much and he even recommended his UK friends to go. They all give a 👍🏻
