just recognized this super traditional Cantonese shop's name starts from "tasty congee"; well, pretty fair, I was sick and ordered congee without hesitation. It was so kindly that they separate the fish with the congee to avoid the little fish bones annoying the tasting (another common practice in Hk actually but I just knew it!). I love Cantonese dim sum! but among so many choices, I prefer steamed buns! BBQ pork and egg yolk bun are my favorite and must-have item! They made it really in a high quality, especially the flavoring egg yolk!!!

Seafood curry pot was specially available in central shop. Curry is more sticky and dried usual. Interesting!
