To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. A well-known brand new cake shop opening up for not more than one month, not just because of the owner 's celebrity but also her passion to share the delicacy of her cakes with others.

I have bought seven of the ten pastries served at the shop. Most of them are delicious, the sweetest is just fit for those girls who are crazy for desserts but also weight-conscious. The cakes are tasty but not heavy. One can eat at least two if one really loves desserts very much. A sip of coffee taste is just good enough for Bresilienne. Mangoes on the Mango Tart are fresh and perfect to go with custard cream in between the cookie tart and the fruit itself. You can taste different "textures" with Plaisir Sucre, which serves layers of chocolates, both nutty and milky. Mille Feuille is the best among all. The puff is fresh and crispy, custard cream is tasty but not heavy. I think it's good to serve chilled.

One shortcoming is that each customer can only purchase ten pieces at one time. If you are looking for dozens, you'd better ask some friends to accompany with you to get the head count for more cakes, or else you have to queue many times.
