Tasty Food but Poor Service

My colleague recommended me this restaurant for high quality food.Dishes were tasty and value for money but service didn't match with the food.  Man in a Black suit disregarded customer waiting at the reception but continue to nag at his staff.After finishing main course, Man in a Black suit  didn't provide any dessert menu instead just asked for any dessert or drink needed like a Local Tea House.This totally spoiled Michelin Restaurant name.
