This is a pretty basic HK Style cafe in Hang Hau. We have ordered a 3 dishes to share among 4 people and we still couldn't finish it because the serving portion is really big! Baked pork chop rice with cheeseAnother very classic HK style dish to enjoy, especially for youngsters. The whole tray of fried rice is topped with big pieces of pork chop, sweet BBQ sauce, and a very generous amount of cheese, baked until perfectly golden brown. The sweetness and savouriness was just balanced nicely and the once again the portion is very big!
4 Treasure RiceAmong all, this is probably the most disappointing dish because it is just very basic, while the char siu is actually pretty dry, although their crispy pork belly is perfectly done because it is actually one of their signature dishes to order. The rice is a bit dry and I would probably prefer to have more sauce in the rice.
