At Food Town there are quite a few stalls that serve Mock Shark Fin soup but I chose to try this one because it had fish maw and mock shark fins in the soup.The soup is clear and runny compared to the usual ones.According to the shop, they have deliberately not added any starch to it.It was crammed with so much Shitaake mushrooms, shredded chicken, Chinese ham, vegetarian shark fin and fish maw etc.I found it a bit too salty otherwise it would have been perfect.Finished with the lemon barley wat
