If you don’t dip the (super spicy) chili sauce, you can taste the sweetness of the tomatoes (but still a little spicy).

We also really enjoyed the baked cauliflower with crispy potatoes 🥔, which went really well with the distinct Indian spices in the curry sauce (not very spicy).
