Been wanting to try this sour spicy noodle with pork chop for long while. Today late night after work finally got the chance, decided to order take away and bring it home to enjoy, rather than eat in. (Heard some bad commons about the place is full of smoke and oil from the pork chop and other frying... not sure if it's real but don't want to risk it) I ordered a little spicy, sour and spicy noodle (米缐) with fried pork chop. I ordered a little spicy, sour and spicy noodle (米缐) with fried pork chop. I love how it have a lot of green onion, coriander and pickled vege and how the separate the soup with the noodle when you do take away so the soup won't make the noodle soggy.
After the soup poured in the noodle, straightly the spicy red oil and the sour soup comes to live. The chop is so so flavourful and tender. Soup is spicy and sour very flavourful.
