To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天下午茶走到銅鑼灣時代廣場食通天既GreenHouse, 入到去環境舒適,坐低後打開餐牌,望見佢地既pizza 圖片幾吸引,就選擇了Mixed Mushroom pizza(雜菌黑松露芝士薄餅), 上枱既賣相都吾錯,食落口有重重的雜菌味,好香加埋脆脆既外邊,整個pizza 都好食;另外叫左泰式咖哩蟹肉法包,咖哩味不濃不重,但蟹肉都幾多;仲有一客雞翼,配埋topping 既炸蒜好香口,加埋附上既青檸檬香茅秘製森巴醬,辣辣地,好野味。
