To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

開店已超過20年歷史, 很久沒經過, 難得今天可以舊地重遊。一於 tea 壹 tea 回味一下試豬手粗麵 及 咖哩魷魚豬手起骨一片片, 豬手皮食落有骨膠元感覺, 粗麵欠彈牙, 但仍可接受。不得不提就是供應食麵用的荔枝醋, 市面不是太多地方有用此醋。咖哩魷魚己不及當年了, 咖哩味雖然不錯, 但魷魚本身可能貨源問題, 食落魷魚發脹及不夠入味, 有點像咖哩還咖哩/魷魚還魷魚的感覺 。豬手麵可以再試....魷魚就不要客氣

回味一下試豬手粗麵 及 咖哩魷魚
豬手起骨一片片, 豬手皮食落有骨膠元感覺, 粗麵欠彈牙, 但仍可接受。
不得不提就是供應食麵用的荔枝醋, 市面不是太多地方有用此醋。
咖哩魷魚己不及當年了, 咖哩味雖然不錯, 但魷魚本身可能貨源問題,
食落魷魚發脹及不夠入味, 有點像咖哩還咖哩/魷魚還魷魚的感覺 。
豬手麵可以再試....魷魚就不要客氣
