After a hectic bit of shopping in Pacific Place, I decided to sit down for a drink and came across Elephant Grounds. I was thinking of getting a coffee when I noticed this place sold tea?!!?!?!Located in a kiosk like setting, there are a few tables and chairs opposite from the ordering area.Menu is in English only. There is no 10% service charge. As this place sold tea (and I think this is the only one that does), I decided to get one.I ordered a Keemun Rose ($55). It was a strawberry, raspberr

I ordered a Keemun Rose ($55). It was a strawberry, raspberry and mint tea with a salty milk cap. The tea was fine. Not too sweet yet still had the subtle taste of strawberry and raspberry. Mint wasn't too strong though. The milk cap was not salty at all. What a disappointment! I think I'll leave off the milk cap next time as there is not point and it didn't do much to add to this drink.
I also added a banoffee marshmallow tart ($35). This was ok. The tart was a chocolate tart base with a tiny scoop of cooked banana and chocolate cream filling. The disappointing bit was the marshmallow was super chewy. Not a very good tart so I won't order that again.
Nice option for tea as there are days when I want tea instead of coffee. I hope they expand on this in their other branches.
