To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. sai dor sifreshly prepared, not too oily, and there's peanut butter inside, there's some tiny peanut cube also, outer layer is not too oily, and the butter floating on the top melt due to the heat, that's amazing! the syrupt provide is quite good, not very sweet at all.coffeenot bad, i can smell the coffee taste from far away! it's freshly brew from the coffee machine, but milk may be too much, next time can tell them not to add too much milk.... too much ppl in tea time and waitress's service

too much ppl in tea time and waitress's service is ok, the shum shum not tidy up the table in a fast way so that i can't take the seat......
