To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

突然之間我好想食焗薯，我只諗到沙田delifrance，可能是長假期關係，店舖比較平時公眾假期小人，不需要等位已經有座位即時坐下。我們分別點了Tea Set 6及一客三文魚焗薯set。Tea set 6是迷你蘑菇汁湯長通粉，三文魚炒蛋配牛角包🥐牛角包保持鬆水準，一定要趁熱吃；另外湯長通粉，真係好迷你，幾囗就已經食完，幸好三文魚炒蛋正常分量，剛剛好！至於三文魚焗薯，可能是沙律醬太小，所以比較乾身，今次有點失望。
