To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Tea time with blueberry cheese cake

想食tea, 呢度又多位，就在這裡吃吧。其實最初無諗過食乜，但餐牌上有很多套裝揀，多到花多眼亂。有少少想食cake，於是便叫了個J餐，即一件cake加一杯飲品。呢度其實有很多cake揀的，有German cheese cake, blueberry cheesecake , Tiramisu, 綠茶蛋糕等。。。我今次就揀左Blueberry cheesecake同熱檸水。雖然件蛋糕細左D，但細D就無甘肥啦！芝士蛋糕很幼滑。不算太甜，幾好食。下次我反而想試下士多啤梨撻，因為今日個套餐唔可以揀啊！
