An appointment for lunch was made a week ago. Because it is Xmas week, deposit (HK$100/pax) must be paid in advance.We reached at 12:30pm and left at after 2pm. Table for 6. 4 sets of lamp, 1 set pork rack and 1 set clams. I ordered medium well of 3 sets n 1 medium. But when it was served, all 4 lamb sets were almost cooked in well done. The environment is pretty good. Service...maybe because it is the winter solstice, only 3 mature waiters really can't handle it. But with their hard work, I can still accept the problem of insufficient serving efficiency.
All in all, I will taste it one more time. But I'll not choose festivals, hope that the quality will be different in all aspects.
