As a frequent customer of admiralty EG we went to experience their new elevated concept at Sheung Wan with in house coffee bean roaster and bakery. The coffee was below their usual standard with the milk not velvety and dine in coffee has too much milk. The food options we chose were the “pulled pork benny” and “blueberry pancakes”.
The English muffin in the benny was undercooked from their bakery and the dough was still raw. Pulled pork wasn’t cooked low and slow enough and was doused in bought bbq sauce. The pancakes were pre-made, cold, doughy and not fluffy at all. I’m sure these are teething issues.
