Terrible attitude by male server

I booked Veggie SF 3 days ago and Veggie SF just called me to confirm the booking. They said we'll have to share a table with another 3 people and I asked if it's possible for us to have our own table and the male server on the phone said that he can if the table of people don't show up.  Which is fine, but then he went on to say, "If you don't like it, we can cancel your booking because we still have a very long waiting list".  I have never written a review on openrice but this is not the first

I have never written a review on openrice but this is not the first time the staff here have been impolite towards me. 

I have to say that most of the time when you make an appointment for 1PM, they'll give you a table at 1:15PM. However, the food is good, but that does not justify having an arrogant attitude like, "Take it or leave it cause we still have lots of customers. We don't need you."
