Not my first time at a Pizza Express, absolutely disappointing service at this branch. Took half an hour for our chicken wings 'starter' to come out. Two of our 3 mains came out about a minute after. The kicker is, it took another 40 minutes for our third plate of pasta to be served!! 😡 when asking our server about the chicken wings, the initial response we got was, 'it takes time in the oven and we need to be sure the chicken's cooked ...' 30 freakin minutes?! The kicker is, it took another 40 minutes for our third plate of pasta to be served!! 😡 when asking our server about the chicken wings, the initial response we got was, 'it takes time in the oven and we need to be sure the chicken's cooked ...' 30 freakin minutes?! As for the third plate of pasta, we decided to deal with the manager instead, of course we got the .. 'it's being cooked and it will be out in 3 minutes ...' yea it took another 10 actually 🙄. Will not be visiting this place again anytime soon!
