Terrible Experience

I used to go to this place from time to time, but it seems they've really gone down hill.  I ordered food, but it turned out the staff never placed my order.  I had waited 40-50 minutes for nothing.  What made things worse was the staff's reaction, not really caring at all about the problem.  I was so disappointed and will never go there again.  There are so many other bars that have better service, drinks, and atmosphere.  I can't recommend this place at all.
