What a dreadful restaurant, I'd advise anyone to steer clear. The waitstaff treat you with nothing but contempt. When I tried to order, I called over a woman who seemed to be the manager. When She saw us hesitated for a moment, then she was unpatient and told us to "make sure of what you want before you call me," and then she just walked off, nose in the air. The thing is, it was 5 pm and the place was practically empty, and then she was nowhere to be found. I asked for a napkin three times and

I asked for a napkin three times and got nothing. I tried both English and Mandarin, but it was like talking to a brick wall!
Hard to believe a restaurant this size and they can't even provide napkins, I've never seen anything like it.
As for the food, the shrimp were completely lifeless, who knows how long they'd been sitting there, their heads were all white, it was inedible.
Finally they charged us 18 per person for plain white rice and 40 for tea. With this kind of atmosphere and service, this place is a joke.
