We visited at around 2:30 today and it was pretty quiet after lunchtime. We ordered 1 katsu curry (curry with deep fried pork chop) and 1 higomonzu ramen - ramen in pork bone soup with chashu and stewed pork belly.

The ramen came promptly but when I looked at it, the "chashu" was really fat! It was basically all fat! So I asked the waitress if it was chashu??? And she said yes, it's a bit fatty today... Errrr a bit?!?!? It's practically inedible because the fat is not even the soft type but the super chewy fat.... To be honest the soup was really salty, so that I had no appetite halfway through the bowl of noodles. I felt a bit sick.

The curry rice came with a small bowl of salad. The pork chop was ok, at least not fatty like the chashu. The curry tastes like the pre-packaged ones from the supermarket but they gave lots of carrots and onions.

Overall, the service is fine but the food is really bad~! And the ramen costs the same as going to ippudo! Why would I ever come here for ramen? If u do come here, go for the safer option of rice!
