Went to Pivo because of the Pilsner Urquell draft and felt interested in Czech food. However the meal was disappointing. The menu was very international featuring Japanese scallops, Italian Mozzarella salad, Spanish Chorizo Gambas and other common bar snacks. Couldn't find any Czech food at all. Was hoping for some thick soup like goulash or stews like Svíčková na smetaně but I probably expected too much on Pivo. We ordered their signature pork knuckle in the end. Grilled? But the skin was still very chewy and soft. Meat was still tough. Three of us couldn't finish the pork knuckle because honestly it was no good at all. The draft pilsner also had some strange residues inside. Would not recommend Pivo to anyone.
