Before our visit, we did notice that there were quite a few reviews concerning about their quality of services. It was really that bad when we visited. The senior staff at floor were very inattentive. The senior staff at floor were very inattentive. When we ordered tea, he gave us a pot of hot water. Later, we would like to switch, but unable to find anyone to help until someone passed us the next dish. The restaurant was only at around 30% of capacity and they had more than enough staff to provide quality service, but however, most of staffs looked busy on random things other than paying attention to what their guests need.
To get a bill, we tried to call for their waiters and floor manager for quite a few times. However, they just stood at corners, chatted in groups, and completely ignored us. At the end, we have to walk to where they were and ask them to please give a bill to us, so we can pay and leave. There was no apology at all for their ignorance.
The food was not bad, just overpriced. They served chaan teng food in fancy utensils.
The only good thing about this restaurant was its seat availability. It was quite empty on week day night, so we didn't need to queue or book at all and could get a seat in a nice location easily.
