i. 第一碟係靚牛 - the rest taste like paper or crapii. they start clocking you the moment you are at the reception (NOT EVEN AT THE TABLE NOR ORDERED!!!) and expect you to pay 75 min after that. They told us we still have 15 min and must pay immediately. (We entered the restaurant at 615pm and paid 730 pm)Then they sent the manager and 3 other waitresses 8 min (738pm) after that and told us to leave!!! I did not finish my icecream and our time is NOT up yet - I told them they are very rude to their

In the end, they said will 'give us a few more min' - as if we were beggars - but in fact our time was NOT up yet - I left the icecream and we all left. They said the next booking is in, but the point is, our time was not up yet.....
So in the 83 min, they expect you to settle down, order, pay, pack and out the door!!!!
iii. no refills - 7pm the icecreams are partially out. I asked them to refill... the waitress scrap off the last bit off the empty 'can' to me (looks like dirt) and said she cannot refill unless it is 100% finish... so I must finish the 'yucky bit' before she gets new one. Disgusting!
iv. only refill the hotpot water ONCE. No refill of even water (though we order soft drinks)
v. absolutely terrible dining experience.
vii. I don't know what they put in that cheap hotpot soup, but I drank 3 cups of water after I got home and still was thirsty. Same for my son and my mom.
I WISH I HAD READ THE COMMENTS ON OPENRICE HERE BEFORE I WENT - BUT I DIDN"T.
